Textile waste; It consists of wastes from artificial yarn factories, textile manufacturing wastes and consumer wastes. These must be recycled so that they do not cause environmental pollution. For this, textile wastes are collected in our facility.
After the textile waste reaches the facility, the first stage is separation. During the sorting operation, textile wastes are separated according to their colors and types.
In order for the separated fabrics to be processed more easily, they should be reduced to small sizes. For this, the fabrics are cut into small pieces by applying the cutting process.
The cut fabrics are kept in the resting rooms for 24 hours to make them homogeneous. Antistatic and softening chemicals are used in these rooms.
Opening machines are used to open the rested fabrics and turn them into fibers. These opening machines open the fabric with the nailing method and turn it into fiber. Thus, the fiber becomes ready.
The opened fibers are carefully packed in the same facility and made suitable for logistics. Fiber packages specially prepared for orders are loaded onto vehicles and set off.
The fibers coming out of the production are packed in press machines, made ready for shipment and stored.
