Clarification Text on the Law on the Protection of Your Personal Data

KARABULUT FOREIGN TRADE LTD..(Data Controller), taking into account the security of our valued user, in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data* (“Law”) within the scope of our disclosure obligation;

In accordance with the Law, your personal data is recorded and stored in accordance with the establishment of a service relationship as Data controller and Data processor, ensuring service continuity, performing our services, and responsibilities arising from other laws as a company.

In this context, in the capacity of Data Controller, personal information within the framework described in the Law; It will be able to obtain, record, preserve, update, reorganize, disclose, transfer, transfer, transfer, share, share and process in other ways listed in the Law in order to maintain the contractual relationship, in cases and to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation.

Your personal data includes your name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, home address, T.R. ID number, Tax Office and Tax Number, driver's license serial number, ID serial number, telephone numbers, motor vehicle license plate number, passport number, curriculum vitae, photographs, images and voice recordings, fingerprints, retinal scan, IP address, e-mail address, hobbies, people you interact with, group memberships, family information, health information and records, health data, x-rays, Your health institution records such as MRI, your blood type, country-city-mail code, age, gender, criminal record, bank account number, academic information, marital status, information about your children, emergency information, disability status, military service records, monthly premium and service certificate, payrolls, and data and information that can directly or indirectly identify a person such as, but not limited to.

Your personal data are processed for purposes such as recruitment, performance evaluation, creation and storage of personal file, execution of exit interviews processes and execution of other internal operational activities and ensuring security within and around the company within the scope of planning and execution of human resources processes of our Company. In addition, our company processes, stores and transfers personal data and special categories of personal data that it considers necessary in order to provide the best service and product that it aims to provide, as well as the information that our company is obliged to receive from its customers and their officials, to the extent permitted by legal regulations. Our company receives personal data from real persons within the scope of support services, purchase and sale (execution of commercial relations). The persons from whom our company receives support, real persons with whom the company has commercial relations for the continuity of the company, real persons from whom the company is obliged to receive services as required by law, and for both job candidates and working personnel;

  • Your personal data may be processed, stored, transferred to the extent stipulated by law, and deleted or destroyed at the end of the periods determined by the law in order to be presented to the Local Law Enforcement Forces and the Organized Industrial Directorate upon request.

In addition, our Company may process your personal data for other purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law and provided that it is limited to these data processing conditions.

Sensitive personal data refers to data relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership of associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, and biometric and genetic data.

As a rule, our company does not request and process special quality data from its users, however, information and data that are mandatory for registration in accordance with the policies of 3rd parties and organizations may be recorded, limited to this, if it provides special quality personal data. For example; If your identity sample requested for documented domain names contains the “religion” digit and your religious belief is included, even if the purpose is not to register your special quality data, it may be within the scope of special quality data as of the document in which it is located.

Your personal data, limited to the information required by the domain name registration authorities to be publicly available, in domain name registration information, with persons, institutions and organizations permitted by the provisions of the legislation and other third parties; with our direct or indirect domestic, foreign subsidiaries and consultants and organizations that we work with and cooperate with such as legal units, financial advisors, experts and doctors within the scope of occupational health and safety, our call center, from which we receive services to carry out our company activities to the extent necessary will be shared.

The Law Exceptions Without prejudice to the cases stipulated in Article 28 of the Law, your rights that you may exercise by applying to our Company within the framework of Article 11 of the Law are as follows:

  1. Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  2. Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  3. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  4. To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  5. To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
  6. To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
  7. Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  8. In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, to demand compensation for your damage.

It is possible to submit your other requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the KVK Law to the Human Resources Department of our Company in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Our Company will finalize your requests within this scope free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. The expenses to be incurred by our Company in order to fulfill your requests shall be covered by the Law. Application to the Data Controller We would like to state that we reserve the right to demand from you according to the tariff specified in Article 13.
