Waste Generation and Collection

Waste Generation and Collection

Textile waste consists of waste from artificial yarn factories, textile manufacturing waste and consumer waste. These must be recycled to prevent environmental pollution. For this purpose, textile wastes are collected in our facility.

Decomposition

The first stage after the textile waste reaches the facility is sorting. During the sorting operation, textile wastes are separated according to their colors and types.

Cutting

The separated fabrics need to be reduced to small sizes for easier processing. For this, the fabrics are cut into small pieces by applying the cutting process.

Resting

The cut fabrics are kept in resting rooms for 24 hours to homogenize them. Antistatic and softening chemicals are used in these rooms.

Opening

Opening machines are used to open the rested fabrics and turn them into fibers. These opening machines open the fabric into fibers by nailing method. Thus, the fiber is ready.

The opened fibers are carefully packed in the same facility and made suitable for logistics. Fiber packages specially prepared for orders are loaded onto vehicles and set out on the road.

Packaging and storage

The fibers coming out of production are packaged in press machines and made ready for shipment and stored.
